Our Sleep Expert, Travis, was quick to greet us, carefully listened to our needs and concerns and guided us through testing several different mattress. Travis confidently spoke to each option's benefit, and was thorough and transparent when explaining the process of the sale. I left feeling confident and excited in my purchase, and not worn-out by a heavy-handed sales experience.
Prior to going to Mattress Firm we did visit several other mattress retailers in the area, and did not get close to the service or knowledge about their inventory when compared to our experience with Travis.
