Blu Harbor Apartments by Windsor

Blu Harbor is beautiful. The scenery is spectacular and the community is kept in great standing. I really need to shout out to the maintenance staff on this, these guys really do take pride in their work, and it shows. (Eddie is great!! Would always greet me and my pup Zoey in the mornings) There is a lot of walking room around the apartments and is fantastic if you own a dog. Amenities are also fantastic, though I wish I used them more often. The staff in the office are a pleasure to talk with and always positive.

Everyone at the leasing office is absolutely incredible!! I worked mainly with Neda, Ari, and Corina, who are the most empathetic people to work with. They all went above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable signing a lease there and all of my questions were answered.

Leasing team was absolutely lovely! They were very helpful with questions (we had tons) and replied promptly over email. Thank you Nassira, Corina, Jessica and Neda!

The apartments were well-built, spacious (for the price), stocked with the necessary appliances, and the facilities (gym, lounge, outdoor oven, bbq pits) are just excellent.

We felt safe walking about, and never have to worry about any parcel/delivery situation. Neighbors are friendly and kind.

The maintenance team is super friendly and helpful too! Shoutout to Eddy for being patient and really nice!

We highly recommend anyone who is looking for an excellent apartment and community to consider Blu Harbor.

Blu harbor is a great community. I have lived there for six months so far. The environment is super nice and dog friendly. Jessica and Corina are super helpful whenever I need help. Maintenance team is super responsive as well. It’s the best community I lived in the Bay Area.
