Plumbing America has always done a topnotch job over the last 25 years on my home projects. This service was for my sons new home and was done extremely quickly which as a new homeowner and parent is very important. They are the professionals you need when a problem exists or you need an upgrade.

Justin installed my AC this past summer and I was having an issue with it the other day so I contacted him and he came right out the very next day (it was late at night and he even offered to come out right then but I told him it could wait til the morning). He was able to fix the issue very quickly and his customer service was great! Definitely recommend him!

I have had to work with three different AC companies in the past nine months. Chad's was by far the best. We set up a time for him to come by that worked with my schedule. Chad Wiswall came on time, was very professional, and was very thorough. He immediately found issues with the duct work in our attic, even taking pictures to show me. He was very straight forward with me about pricing, what the issues were, and how to fix them (either patching the hole or replacing the duct work). This is the best customer service we have received and I will be using Chad's for all of my future AC needs.

A very positive experience with Chad's A/C. Professional and knowledgeable installers who kept us informed of their work progress thru out the install. They were politely respectful of our property and cleaned up the work area completely. Very impressed with the quality of work and attention to the legal and ethical standards related to installing a central air conditioning system.

This is the second ac system Chad's AC Direct has installed. The first one (second floor 2.5 ton unit) is now 2 years old; this one is a 3 ton for the first floor. In both installations his team never cut corners. They worked hard to meet our needs. Dylan & Derek installed today's system and did an excellent job. As an example of the caliber of their work, they determined that should future maintenance be needed on the furnance/air handler the entire unit would need to be removed due to the size of the access door. They informed me of an alternate plan that required considerable more time on their part but provided much better access for future maintenance if it would be needed. I went with their recommendation and am very pleased with the result and their commitment to quality work. I will also add that Chad's prices were very competitive as well.

Installers Justin and Drew did a fantastic job. They are both professional and customer oriented. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate of the install time and got the job done. What more can a customer ask for? Highly recommended. Everyone I've talked too a Chad's was friendly and helpful.
