I was so nervous for my first personal training class but Max made it awesome!! He was so positive but also strict(which I need) !!! He motivates me more than I ever thought I needed !! I recommend Max as a trainer !!!
Yes, its more expensive than 24 or VASA, but there is a reason. Locker rooms are large and clean, the equipment is rarely out if service, the trainers are top notch (hi Tyler Loch!), and have you seen the pools and restaurant??? Come work out, take a dip in the pool then enjoy a so good freshly-made meal. Bring the whole family... or not ?
I am extremely glad I joined Life Time. Especially during a pandemic. This facility is extremely clean and the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure the facility stays clean 24/7 so that they can continue to stay open. Plenty of cardio equipment to go around and more than enough space for squats (10 racks!) Plus all your free weight needs. Tons of machines too so you know you're going to get a good burn every time you walk in. Tons of classes to join. We live in the tech center, but this club has TONS more to offer than Colorado Athletic Club or even Greenwood Athletic Club. It's cheaper too! Can't beat that. Highly recommend, especially if your apartment gym still hasn't opened yet... It's worth it if you need to work out. They take your temp at the door and promote social distancing as much as possible. Even at the pool!
