Shannon is well knowledgable and has years of experience. Her knowledge of the body and how it functions is nothing less of impressive. She is constantly studying and only building her arsenal of knowledge. Beautiful space with a welcoming energy.
This is my favorite self care habit. I truly love Shannon and her studio space. She is so fun, so knowledgeable, extremely entertaining and can customize exercises to fit your needs. She has helped me recover from a severely broken ankle. Her studio space is perfectly intimate, allowing her to give one on one personal attention. I only see her once a week but it is an hour that I look forward to every Saturday. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to add Pilates to your self care routine!

I have been coming to Shannon for 8 years and she is amazing! The small class sizes means you get one on one attention, and a workout geared toward what you really need. She is always attentive and makes sure you are taking into account past injuries, helping to modify any moves where necessary to get you the benefit without causing further injury. She helped me rehab my broken leg and truly cares about each of her clients. Shannon's studio is a true gem that I am so glad I found!
Shannon is an AMAZING Pilates instructor! She was my personal introduction to Pilates about ten years ago, and back then as well as now she has always paid an amazing level of attention to individual needs. Pilates has helped me over the years with posture, alignment, and flexibility. She is very knowledgeable about diet, movement, anatomy, and other forms of exercise, and is accommodating to all body types. Her Pilates classes are an amazing complement to just about any exercise routine, and great as a main source of exercise as well.
