Kent is a real estate agent and also a landlord. My husband and I have been renting from him since 2013 and we cannot say enough great things about him! He is HANDSDOWN the best landlord you could ever ask for. He is reasonable and decent, and above all else he takes exemplary care of his tenants and their homes that they rent. As long as you take pride in the property you rent from him and care for the home, Kent is by far the gold standard in landlords. If you are ever in the market for a rental home, I would recommend Kent without reservation to ANYONE . There are so many landlords out there that are just in the “rental” business for the income in their property and it’s so easy to get taken advantage of, especially with the rising cost of rent in the Denver area. Kent has very reasonably and understandably raised our rent a couple times with the growing cost of property taxes in the last 5 years but it has been nothing astronomical and has always been within reason and worth it. Anytime we have any issues, he or his handyman Bruce is at our house within a matter of 24 hours with a solution. As someone with a family and children, I want to express to the maximum degree that if you are looking for a home in the area, You would be very lucky to rent a home from Kent.
