Dr. Elise Itano, MD

I woke up one morning and the front part of my left leg was numb from knee to ankle. I immediately thought I had suffered a stroke. I went to Dr. Itano as an expert orthopedic doctor, and she immediately put my mind at ease that it was not a stroke, but rather "drop foot." What a relief! I started physical therapy and immediately saw results. I highly recommend Dr. Itano, and thank you!

Dr. Itano is first class in every way. I have a L5 disc extrusion which causes sciatica and severe pain on and off. Dr. Itano took a full hour to sit down with me and walk me through my MRI, explained my diagnosis then presented a plan of attack to get better. She is extremely smart, empathetic and I just can't say enough how glad I am to have found her to work through these unfortunate issues with.
I must also point out that she is extremely responsive via the online email portal system. This is a great way to have a conversation with your doctor without having to go in. Her staff is great as well.
