(October 18, 2018, 2:15 am)When our furnace went out, we called 10 different companies and Horizon was the only one who came out same day! They had scheduled our appointment for the day after, but had a cancellation and fit us in within a few hours. Their Tech, David, came out. He was running behind due to traffic but called every so often to keep us updated. He was so friendly, and didn't make me feel ignorant when I was trying to describe our issues. It turned out that our Thermostat had died. He helped us wire in a new one, and we were back to warmth! I can't say enough about how great he was, as well as the company. :).

(September 30, 2018, 3:50 pm)I've been glad to be a customer of Horizon since December 2010, when I noticed a leak in my water heater. I've been on their monthly maintenance plan ever since--they proactively contact me twice a year for my AC and heater checks before the summer and winter. The technicians are always pleasant and professional, and they are careful in my home--always putting covers on their shoes each time they are in my home. I also enjoy working with the office team who help me quickly, efficiently, and plesantly.
