Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Staff is willing and easy to work with if you have a warranty return or tire becomes unbalanced. They are so quick installing or rotating / balancing tires. I had an issue with one of my tires being out of balance from throwing a weight and they did not even bat an eye and got me right in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Will only go to Les Schwab now.
I woke up this morning and had a slow leak in one of my SUV tires. I went to the Les Schwab Tire Center in Castle Rock. I walked in was greeted with a friendly smile by Chris N. and in 15 minutes was on my way, free of charge. One of Les Schwab's services is they fix flats for FREE. Everyone was so nice! I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was going! Guy and Rudy did great work on my new tires! Guy was great at explaining to me the benefits of each and every tire and answering any questions that I had without making me feel dumb. They worked hard and fast to get me out of there which I really appreciated! I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you guys!
