What this means to me is that they search for simple, inexpensive, solutions first instead of assuming the most expensive repair is needed. Their service advisers listen carefully and customers are treated with courtesy.
I drive a lot of miles during the the icy winter months in Colorado, and finding the right mechanic is crucial. Christian Bros is highly recommended.
Edit: they replaced both headlights recently. Not a big or difficult job, but very fast, professional, and good price. Much appreciated.
