Got home to find my dog with a laceration on her side. The staff was helpful and they got her fixed up quickly. From arrival to exam to picking her up was about 2.5 hours. The price for emergency services was also reasonable and came in at about half the cost I thought it would.
Always a professional and understanding staff no matter the situation. We've had to take 3 dogs and a cat here for various reasons and they never dance around the tough decisions, giving you the rundown financially and the health & quality of life you need to consider for your pet.
Been here for very bad days and good days , but always leave knowing the staff is honest and did everything they could for me.
This emergency animal hospital has always been friendly and professional in our time of need. The first time we had to come in they even came out with a stretcher for our dog. I can't say we have ever been met in the parking lot. We have piece of mind knowing they are always available.
We arrived around 11:30 PM on Friday night with a sick cat. After filling out a wad of paper work we went to an exam room. A Vet Tech came not long after and took what information she needed and weighed our cat. Dr. Hahn came in 5 minutes later. She was great and explained what she diagnosed and the test we needed to have done. They explained what charges each test would cost up front. No surprise fees. They had each medication we needed in house. I was very impressed by the staff and would recommend them for after hour care.
