(February 18, 2019, 9:35 am)We brought our dog in on a Sunday evening with what was diagnosed as a bad case of kennel cough. The staff were all polite, professional, and attentive. Yes, you're definitely going to pay more here because it's an ER for your pet but our experience overall was great.

(January 30, 2019, 11:47 pm)i took my dog in for an emergency on a sunday, explaining i was in college and this was a lot of money to begin with. i set my budget and it ended up going over because of my misunderstanding of the sheet i had to fill out. i called the hospital manager and he not only asked about my dogs health, but also understood where i was coming from and said the sheet can be misleading and ALSO refunded me the amount that went over my budget. thank you to hospital manger rick and teresa for helping my girlfriend and i through all of this!!

(January 30, 2019, 9:55 am)Had to put my best friend Simba down last night. We had just adopted him and didn’t have him long but he stole my heart. The staff was very caring to our needs and they provide a variety of ways to honor your pet after they are gone. We spent about 260$ bucks total on putting him down and burial just so you have an idea on cost. I wish it didn’t have to be done but the staff was very honest about the options and let us know the other options would cost several thousand dollars. They could have easily milked our suffering and encouraged us to go this route but they didn’t. They allowed us to end his suffering peacefully and didn’t charge us a high amount some people mention here. All in all, bad memory because my best friend is no longer here but a good experience.

(January 28, 2019, 5:39 pm)I had a negative experience at this location during a very busy Sunday. The staff was great but there was a billing discrepancy over the treatment of my cat. When the issue was brought to the attention of the management they took care of it and apologized. Obviously being an emergency hospital it can be quite pricey, but the care and the staff are both excellent.
