  My husband and I had a dear friend in town from Dallas and we wanted to treat ourselves to a group experience where spiritual intersects with relaxing. Philly had hosted a sound bath at my yoga studio recently and it was wonderful so I gave her a call. I didn't know at first what I wanted but we discussed the 3 of us and what we do and like and sort of came up with a game plan for a 2 hour session with a sound bath, vibrational healing therapy, and a yoga Nidra session. She made the setting just perfect and thoughtful and all 3 things we did were absolutely perfect. If you are newish to guided meditation, relaxation yoga, or sound baths, Philly has my highest recommendation because she is kind, very easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain her process. You owe it to yourself to give her a try!

  Having sound therapy from Phyllis is an experience of utter peace and calmness. Her intuition and compassion immediately make you feel at ease. She’s simply wonderful!!!

  So glad I found Tri Resonance! I suffer from anxiety which triggers aching neck and shoulder pain. I've tried all sorts of wellness methods from yoga, chiropractor, massage, acupuncture.... Nothing made my pain disappear like a session of Vibrational Sound Therapy with Philly! Give it a try! You won't regret it!

  I have been going to Tri Resonance for regular rieki sessions. Phyillis is a wonderful provider. She explains the process and personalizes based on what is needed. She is compassionate and intuitive. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and uplifted. The studio is peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend her healing therapies.

  Phyllis is the perfect practitioner to deliver sound healing. Her warm and welcoming vibe calms any nerves and sets the stage to settle into your session. Her place is warmly lit, beautifully set up and welcoming. You can sense she loves providing this healing service to others and does a great job balancing vibrational bowls with the accompaniment of the crystal singing bowls. You are transported to another place of deep restorative rest where your body can start to release trapped energy and heal. Will definitely be back!
