  Was having an issue with my BW Companion 5th wheel hitch while staying up the road at the USAFA camp ground. These guys were the closest place on a Friday before July 4th weekend so I just stopped in on them. They were happy to pull the hitch apart, inspect and lube it and got me out the door in an hour even with no appointment. Really appreciate their caring for my safety concern and helping me ensure I was going to have smooth travels. Service Techs were very friendly and didn't mind me watching and giving me advice for future use. Thanks again for the help.

  Worked with Robert Lowe for over a year before we pulled the trigger on our 2022 Micro Minnie. He couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and was surprisingly laid back and authentic throughout the process. Unfortunately, Winnebago let my trailer roll off their line with a bad AC. I was unhappy, to say the least, but Bart, the service manager couldn’t have have been more proactive in interfacing with the dealership and getting my new unit delivered and installed as soon as it arrived. He even came to our camp site once to see that everything was working correctly, knowing we were inexperienced…that was a shocker! I also have to mention Nate who always made himself available to answer our novice questions…outstanding fellow. Trailer Source recently started advertising on TV and I feel badly for the Colorado Springs folks because the ad is so focused on Denver. If you are looking for an RV I can’t recommend these folks highly enough…go and see Robert and he will take care of you! 10/10

  I am a clueless novice to recreational vehicles so I really appreciated how helpful each employee was. It started with Josh, who showed me some options that worked with my vehicle. Josh was knowledgeable and so friendly. He wasn't pushy and focused on showing options that would work with my Honda Passport.
  My next step was to get a hitch for my car. I was completely ignorant about how to get a hitch! Brian, the Parts Manager, did the research and found exactly what I needed. He patiently explained what I needed so that I could haul a little UHaul trailer (my immediate need) or an RV (for the future).
  When it came to scheduling to have the hitch attached, Austin found a way to squeeze me into the schedule for my upcoming trip. If Austin had not fit me in, I would have had to have waited another month--they were just that busy!
  Lastly, Joe found an electrical solution because I needed two different types of plugs. Joe knew what to do! When the day came to have Trailer Source put on my hitch and make the electrical arrangements, Joe put two people on my job so that the job was done in time to take my daughter to work.
  The customer service I received from every single employee at Trailer Source was exceptional!! They never made me feel foolish, kindly answered my questions, and offered information that I didn't know to ask about! They went out of their way to find solutions and to meet my needs. I know where to go in the future to purchase my RV!!

  We purchased an R-Pod from these guys today, merely hours ago. The trailer is in amazing shape, a couple blind valances were missing from the bedroom but that could have been from the previous owner, not a big deal. Josh and Steve were awesome to work with, very professional but also extremely friendly. Derek, one of the service techs took us through the trailer and explained how everything worked which to my fiancé and I was very much appreciated as we are first time camper trailer owners. He even installed a weight distribution hitch that we had bought elsewhere and brought with us which took him no time at all, very experienced, knowledgeable, profession, and friendly. I would not hesitate to purchase another RV or trailer from these guys, integrity is their middle name! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the crew at Trailer Source CO springs!
