I have been to the restorative class and the mindful flow class- both instructors Tina and Niki were incredible. I felt so comfortable and able to learn in a supportive, safe space. Looking forward to many more classes!!
This is a really special space with classes for all levels. Tina is passionate about yoga and providing a lovely, serene space for yogis looking for all different kinds of experiences. Love, love, love this space

I went to an open house yoga class, my first one, and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is beautiful with tons of sunlight from the windows and mirrors. Even the hardwood floor and provided yoga mats added to my comfort in this "first". The instructor, Kathryn Mitchem, was easy to follow, knowledgeable, and meditative. I give it five stars and I recommend this venue for your mountain yoga pursuits.
