The Ranch at Bear Creek Apartments & Townhomes

Very nice and quiet community. Neighbors are great & The Ranch at Bear Creek staff is awesome… Also a Very responsive maintenance staff. We have not had any issues so far.

Megan the Assistant Community Manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. Move in was very easy and she worked with usnthe whole way and always kept us updated on our applications ECT.. Thank you!

The Maintenance team is so awesome here I had a problem with my apartment and they were right on it and fixed the problem. Anytime I need anything they get the job done. Well done ranch at bear creek! Danny you are the BEST!!!

I enjoy the quiet atmosphere in this community. I also appreciate how quickly the emergency maintenance line responded to my phone call on 10/31/21 when I didn't have heat. The staff has been very kind thus far, and that is such a tremendous help. The only thing I have been upset with was the initial move in. The blinds on the bedroom window are like 4 different levels. 2 of the blinds are actually meant for a sliding glass door, not a window. Also, I think the fact that they only have one laundry building is a HUGE issue. We don't drive, so getting our laundry to the opposite side of the property is going to be a very big issue.
