I absolutely love this property! Erika the office manager is so helpful and kind. She has always worked with me and made sure any issue I had was immediately taken care of! Erika is always going out of her way to ask about how I’m doing and my kids, she’s genuinely so sweet and caring! Love it here!

This property is always well kept, maintenance is is accountable and super cool people I would say overall a great place to live at, love the lofts. Love the gym, it's a quiet peaceful area! I also love the staff and how kind they are. I would most definitely rate this place a 10/10. 💪

Love the location and how laid back the area is. My neighbors are friendly, and the staff is responsive to my requests. I've had a couple things that needed repairs initially, but the staff is effective and helpful. I've lived in other places where it seemed like the staff really didn't care about their tenants. For me, this aspect is huge. Couldn't be more content overall.

I have lived in Dartmouth Woods almost 4 years. i have lived in rented homes or apartments for about 25 years. Dartmouth is by far the best! the location, my apartment, the staff...all wonderful, especially Erika Hernandez the manager of the property. Erika is friendly, welcoming, and so responsive! I'm very happy to be living here, to have Erika as manager, and can't imagine moving to another property. Thank you Erika!
