  Lovely B&B resort of cabins and two RVs 3 minutes from Estes Park but with the serenity of being in the forest. Owners have the resort on the market but are still completely present and invested in providing the best customer experiences. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The value of staying in an RV was terrific having a new deck and a firepit overlooking woods, a creek, and a rock wall mountainside. Loved it!

  Beautiful place that pays attention to detail. Most of all it is like being with old friends but also alone with the beauty of the surroundings. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

  Charming, rustic, quaint and right in the tall trees and beside the Big Thompson River. Jayne and Oliver are your hosts. This is my chosen 'happy place'! If you want "fufu" and to be waited on - go somewhere else. Just come here for peace and quiet. Relax by the river. Beds are very comfy and the hot tubs are an added bonus. If you stay in the B&B units you'll be treated to a wonderful breakfast at the main house. There is no poured cement or asphalt parking lot, even the drive is crushed rock which all adds to the rustic ambience.

  So cute and so friendly. Wish I could’ve stayed for a week. Lovely little riverside resort tucked away just outside of Estes Park proper. The staff were delightful. The dachshunds adorable. The river was rolling that day and my companion even went fishing. I just enjoyed their outdoor seating, hummingbirds, birdsong, and my weed. Would definitely return- and that’s despite the horrible travel companion I went with so it had to be really great! ????

  Great place, great surroundings and great deal. The breakfast provided was a real breakfast. The owners were great! Great old charm, with a hot tub!
