  Lovely place to stay. Super clean, super friendly. Right on the river. Caught some trout too. They have poles if you didn't bring your own. Hammocks to chill in. Chairs to sit and relax in. Excellent

  Only in town for an overnight stay but would not hesitate to stay here again. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and comfortable but, more importantly, very clean.

  My wife and I were referred here by a fellow veteran, I had the soup and salad bar and my wife went with the fish sandwich, which was very tasty. They also honor veterans with a 10% discount. Sit outside the river runs through it,very relaxing

  We loved Nicky’s! Not quite as big or grand as the photos lead you to believe but it was the perfect mountain getaway for us. Close to town but far from tourists and food on site!

  Nicky's Resort is by far my favorite hotel that I've stayed at. It has a homey cabin feel with hotel-level standards. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a few different guides for the Rocky Mountain National Forest. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip through the Estes/the National Forest. And stop by Elkins Distilling Company right down the road! Great whiskey and a great hotel; all you need for a great mountain vacation!
