    Beautiful,cozy, well maintained cabins near Estes Park. We stayed here for one night and we didn’t want to leave this inn. It has beautiful seating area outside cabin overlooking the Fall river. I fell in love with this place the moment we arrived. Staff is very friendly and makes sure cabins are well maintained. Cabins have everything you need for your stay. We are surely coming back.

    We were lucky enough to have our wedding at the Inn on Fall River this September. All 70+ of our guests want to report 5/5 stars for their wonderful stay. Nate, Karen, Brian, and Daniele went above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. They are such nice people and really care about their guests and their property. Nate made sure our tent set up was gorgeous and WARM, and had everything and more that we asked for. Daniele & Karen greeted everyone with a smile and made them feel so welcome. The National Park is just a mile down the road and the trees with river running through the property makes you feel tucked away from the town. 100% recommend a stay here while you're in town and would have another event here in a heartbeat. It's going down in history as the best wedding ever! Will definitely be our place whenever we're in Estes Park!

    My wife and I had an excellent stay at this perfect little inn right outside the national park. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice (and clean), and the river going by right off the patio was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We will definitely be back.

    The owners are warm and wonderful, they are always excited to see their guests and share experiences, they are accommodating and lovely people. I have returned to this location (3) times with my son who is now 15 years old. I ask him if he wants to go somewhere other than Estes Park or the Inn on Fall River every other year and he says, "Absolutely Not". We look forward to seeing Nate, Karen and Brian as much as we do the Great Rocky Mountains. Keep up the wonderful work! See you next year!

    The renovations/upgrades: rooms, exterior, fire-pits, light show(s) on the river, new trails, grills, scenery, flowers, etc. are all 5 Stars to us.

    Great location for the price! The room was so cozy WE barely wanted to leave. Very romantic rooms. Included a fireplace and hot tub. Beautiful views and trail out back. Front desk service was fantastic. Highly recommended!
