  No hassle, no pressure. We were very well taken care of by Mini of Loveland. We drove 600 miles to have better service and a better car. Look forward to returning for our services and when the time comes, our next mini.

  Noe and team always do such a great job of communicating and letting me know what is going on during Mini service. I brought my Mini in last Friday for service. The loaner was ready and waiting. I love my Mini Warranty coverage - everything was included, except new tires. Thank you to Noe and everyone else at Mini of Loveland! Michelle

  Love this dealership, it's waaay more inviting and pleasant to stay at then conventional dealerships. Upstairs area has a spot for kids with plenty of tables and chairs to get some work done too. You can also watch you car getting worked from up there. It's the best waiting area I've ever seen in a dealership. So in terms of the service side, It's 5 out of 5.
  
  I haven't purchased or leased a car from Loveland so I don't know much about those guys.

  I always have great experiences at Mini of Loveland, however the last time was amazing. I had a bit longer appointment so they gave me a loaner car, which helped as it was a week before Christmas. They stayed in contact with me during the day, updating me on the status of my car and informing me before they did any costly service. These guys are great!

  The service department was amazing. They took such good care of us.
  We had originally had an appointment during the snow weather and they were able to reschedule us. And when we finally got our mini in, they were extremely prompt with getting our mini taken care of. Sarah was so helpful in the service department! You guys rock! - Mr and Mrs Gonzales
