Best price (nice) and by a wide margin and the best car-buying experience (until this vehicle, price was all that mattered to me...after this good experience, I realize the value of great people too with regards to new cars).
I spoke with about (5) BMW dealerships throughout Colorado and a bit beyond to find the best price on a car I was having built to my specifications. Of the 3 or so that appeared interested in my business, Cos BMW--and more specifically Perry Wilmarth--was outstanding.
This was my 3rd BMW (drive one and you will never want to drive anything else!) and 3rd I've had custom ordered (meaning I simply ordered to my specifications from the factory vs. buying off the lot). My past experiences with other dealerships lived up to notorious reputations: last minute changes to a contract, not following through with what was discussed or, simply, a fine experience but nothing special. That all changed with this purchase.
Perry Wilmarth, a salesman there, is the specific reason I chose Cos BMW. He not only came up with a great price, but followed through with everything he said he would and in a timely matter. If he wasn't sure about something, he verified it; this was something else I appreciated (vs. some other salespeople who provide answers first and hoped they were correct).
Cos also followed though with what they said they would do, even after a small mistake (not so much their "mistake", per se, but more a misunderstanding), which simply added to their overall credibility and professionalism.
My next BMW will again be starting with Cos BMW and, more specifically, Perry Wilmarth there.
Long story short: great deal, great value and great salesperson.
