  My Samsung washing machine was leaking - my local appliance repairman won't service Samsung, and this company was the closest certified Samsung Service provider so I decided to give them a try. Made an appointment and on the scheduled day Ariel called first thing in the morning to tell me he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional- diagnosed a hole in the drain hose and suggested a repair which he performed on the spot. Although I was concerned given the range of reviews I'm happy to say I was very satisfied with the experience.

  Ariel, the owner, was professional and polite. He showed me how to use my Fisher Paykel when PC Richards could not. He was prompt and courteous. I will call them again in the future.

  I am not sure what happened to the others who reviewed this company but I just had my washer fixed by them. I was actually referred by Samsung. I would say you should have some patience as I think they are a small business but the person who came fixed it and was very nice. Offered tips as well.
  Back story: Another company was a no show (think the guy was on something not even kidding) and sears wanted to charge me a fee to tell me something that I knew that the boot on the washer was ripped and "If" they had the part I could get it fixed then and there but its a older model small chance of that happening so I called Samsung and they paired me with this company. I am definitely going to be going there instead of sears
