  We have just started our process with Turnstone Custom Homes and have been so happy with our decision to hire them. All people part of the team from Harvey, Erik, Stephanie and Erin have all been so helpful and responsive as we design our home. We can't wait to see our home come to life over the course of the next year!

  I had a wonderful experience with the staff from Turnstone Custom Homes. We had a terrible situation with water damage in our home in Lewes from burst pipes throughout the home. We met with Erin who navigated us through the process. His knowledge and expertise were amazing! The quality of work and the attention to detail throughout the process was fantastic! I would highly recommend Turnstone Custom Homes.

  Turnstone custom homes are beautiful! No detail is overlooked and quality is superb. Their team is committed to building relationships and working closely with their homeowners because they realize they are building a home not a house. You can see and feel the difference in the homes they have constructed.

  We highly recommend Turnstone Builders to anyone wishing to construct a quality, custom home. They worked hand in hand with us to design a home that met our dreams, our needs, and our budget. We have been in our home one year and we are even more impressed. Our amazing home is beautiful and exudes quality. They have backed their work 100%. We could not be more pleased.

  In 2012 we purchased a lot at The Cove at Sandy Landing. We met with two builders and decided that Turnstone was the one to build our home and our we glad we did. The process from start to finish was so easy with the help of Don, Harvey and Kelly. Working with them was a pleasure and a great experience!! We were offered so many options, with both the building of our home and the interior design. Their expertise, especially Don, in matching our preferences to the building of our home; Kelly with knowing our taste for our interior finishings; Harvey with his attention and focus on the materials and the quality of the build; and last but not least Frank, who did the follow-up with us on our punch list to make sure everything was finished to perfection. We have been in our home now for over a year and find that it is well insulated, energy efficient and quiet and truly a solid well built home. We truly enjoy our home thanks to Turnstone!!!
