  I can't say enough good things about my experience with RB Appliance Repair. I contacted them about an issue I was having with my fridge. Rick was on time, very friendly, and fixed the problem in no time. I was pleasantly surprised by the fairness of their pricing. I will be contacting Rick and RB Appliance Repair with any appliance issues I have moving forward.

  I scheduled an appointment online to replace a broken switch on my Whirlpool washer. Rick called me back within the hour and came over right away to make sure he was ordering the correct part. He ordered the part while at the house, told me what the cost of the part and the service fee would be and said the part would be in 2 days later.
  
  Before he left, we scheduled the appointment to repair the washer for Thursday between 9am and 11am. Rick called Thursday at 9am and said he would be arriving at 10am...he arrived at 9:55am, completed the repair and tested the machine to ensure it worked properly.
  
  Before leaving he gave me an overview of what he did and what I should look for to make sure there were no issues. An additional bonus, he told me his work is guaranteed for 1 year!!
  
  Totally professional, I've rarely experienced this level of customer service. He is prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone looking to have an appliance repaired in the Rehoboth Beach area.

  We have used RB Appliance several times over the past few years, including last week for our very squeaky dryer. As in the past, the service was prompt, courteous and at a reasonable price. Our dryer was fixed in about 30 minutes. Very happy with RB Appliance and would highly recommend them!

  Rick is a total professional. We contracted him to install a used washer and dryer and he was very knowledgeable about these specific models and told us one of the appliannces was dangerous to operate due to shorted controller board. He went above and beyond to install the working appliance which even required him to instruct us how to move the appliance into a smaller space. He regularly attends professional conferences and you can tell he knows his stuff. We highly recommend RB Appliance Service.
