I witnessed a closing where a customer accidentally overpaid for a home by just $0.02, and Beth, the owner/CEO, went the extra mile to return the overpayment. She came into the closing room with two pennies and a receipt to give back to the buyer. It's a testament to their honesty and commitment to providing excellent service.
