  On the afternoon of Christmas Day 2019 as we were getting ready for my grandson’s birthday party, our house A/C suddenly quit working. I checked all the circuit breakers but none were tripped. Needing the A/C for the party and with all the A/C companies closed on Christmas, I called Page Air and Darren Page, the owner, responded immediately and came to my home despite being Christmas. When he opened the A/C system in the garage he quickly found the source of the problem. The motherboard had failed. He replaced it and had the A/C working again in no time. The motherboard was under warranty. He cancelled the house call fee as a Xmas present to me and my family. This goes to show what a considerate, unselfish and compassionate person Darren is. And based on all the other reviews it’s obvious those qualities are also carried over in all of his relationships with his customers where he places the utmost care, attention to detail and total customer satisfaction as his natural mode of operation in every one of his jobs. Page Air is it!!! I will forever be a Page Air customer and would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

  Having had some troubles with HVAC work from others companies in the past, I read Page Air's reviews on Google and called Darren. I'm so glad I did! Darren came when he said he would. The heating element in my front system (I have 2 systems) was not working, although it had been updated in the late spring. I feared another big bill, but No, Darren quickly diagnosed the problem as being a thermostat problem. The installer had programmed the thermostat for a heat pump. I have no heat pump. The cooling function and heating function were running at the same time, thus canceling each other. When I could not find the thermostat booklet,
  we found the booklet on the web. Daren quickly scanned it and made the proper adjustments. Voila! Everything worked as it should. Darren tried to save me money in every way, and I paid for just a normal service call.
  Bravo, Darren. I will recommend you to all my friends.

  Darren was very helpful, prompt, and got out AC fixed. Even gave a few pointers to avoid the issue in the future. Would definitely recommend.

  My AC had completely quit on me on a Friday, but I had not noticed it until early evening. I left a message with Darren and he called me back within about 15 minutes and agreed to come out Saturday morning. He located the fix right away, but would need to order the part, which could be a couple days. Instead, I agreed that a complete system replacement would be a better option since mine was nearing 20 years old anyway. I accepted his proposal and he delivered a portable AC unit shortly after that.
  
  Monday, he began tearing out all of the old equipment and prepping for the installation. Tuesday, the equipment was received and he began the installation process, which included new copper runs and some additional electrical work. Wednesday, the system was running and my home was completely cooled again by the evening! Thursday, during cleanup and some final cosmetic modifications, he noticed my main duct from the air handler to the portion in the attic had a gap and was never completely attached. Due to this, I had been blowing cool air into the attic for who knows how long. Darren re-fabricated a new solution to completely seal the system which will further the cooling efficiency of my home.
  
  I was very pleased with the installation, Darren's level of communication, and the quality of the equipment and materials. He serviced my former unit over the last couple years and he will always be the first person I call in the event this new one needs service. Finally, he even submitted the appropriate items to register my warranties for me.

  Darren Page , the owner of Page Air, came to my rescue after Hurricane Dorian. Upon our return from evacuation the AC at our rental died from old age while experiencing record setting heat temperatures. He came out immediately after my emergency call, even though he and his family had also evacuated and were just returning to our area themselves. After trying everything possible to save the old system we determined it best to install a new unit. As it was late in the day, he started immediately working the next morning to remove the old unit and preparing for the new unit. His prices were very reasonable. He worked hard in the unrelenting record setting temperatures and always on time with advance notice of arrival. He offered a temporary indoor unit for free to our renters to keep the house reasonably comfortable until the new unit was fully installed saving us a hotel bill as it was too hot for the renters to stay in the house. Our renters (a retired disabled veteran, his wife and a mentally handicapped son) were nice and cool in record time thanks to Darren, as he worked part of his week-end to expedite the install with no extra charge. Highest quality work and expert knowledge. He did all the work himself from determining the problem, to recommendations of a unit to properly cool the big house, installation and final testing - no middleman, then passing inspection easily. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Darren. Amazing quality work and knowledge, very fair prices, and always on time. The best AC man we have ever had. We will now be hiring him to do our other houses. And an extra note: Darren is a retired veteran - thanks for your service.
