  My son is going to this gym for about one year. I like it because is the only way he exercised. He is not sporty at all. I always stayed at the waiting room and I can see him doing the exercises. The Coaches are very nice with the kids and Alex is very patience with them. They get rewarded everyday!!
  I’m very happy with this place. The only gym for kids around here.

  Fitwize is AWESOME! It provides a solid foundation to promote fitness while teaching life skills and discipline. Alex really has a heart for kids and it shows. He listens and partners with you to help your child in areas
  they are struggling with. The entire staff is competent, caring and friendly and my son actually enjoys going there and asks for 10 more minutes when I pick him up. I make value driven decisions and there is a lot of value in enrolling your child at Fitwize !

  My son has becoming here for several months now. He absolutely loves it. These kids not only get a good workout, but also learn how to defend themselves.
  
  The owner having been bullied himself growing up takes great pride in helping these kids. Your kids and you won't be disappointed.

  My son loves this place a great small classes for children and teens. The trainers are very well trained to deal with this age group, also the owner is a great speaker about bullying . I highly recommend it.
