Come to find it it wasn't my phone yet herby was so forth coming about all my options including a purchase of a new phone, which I ended up going with. That new S21 Ultra is a solid phone that I'm very happy about. And I've got no virus on the new phone!!! Thank you Herby!!!!

We were happy we did because we were met by a nice guy named Herby, he seemed very excited and energetic so we felt very confident he was going to give us the best deal! He is certainly a rep we would come back to in the future as he gave an awesome trade in promotion!
