In 2021 we lost our Mother who lived in Spring Hill. When it came time to liquidate her estate, one of her neighbors highly recommended the Mamo team. How correct that neighbor was! The Mamo team helped us to line up an estate auctioneer for our Mother’s furniture and personal possessions. They also coordinated scheduling of the inspection and any necessary repair contractors. Unfortunately, eighteen months later we lost our sister who also lived in Spring Hill. Our first and only choice for listing her home was once again the Mamo team. In less than one week, our sister’s home was listed and shown almost twenty times and received multiple offers. We accepted a higher than listing offer from a wonderful young couple purchasing their first home who wanted to close in less than 30 days. This seemed an impossible task considering nine family heirs across six states and three time zones were involved.
