We usually don't leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after our third exceptional experience with The Tracie Maler Group. All three transactions were completed smoothly and quickly. Our most recent experience selling our home was phenomenal. From the first day our home was listed for sale we were receiving notifications of showings! We had an over asking offer within 3 days of listing and closed within the month. Communication was great and the entire transaction was smooth. The people at the Tracie Maler Group have been life savers! Living out of state, we felt stranded as we faced the daunting task of having to manage the property and estate left to the family when grandpa passed away in Hernando County. There was so much to do and it was so hard for us to spend the time nearby to take care of everything in a timely fashion.
