We needed to get my mother's house on the market. A neighbor in her development had used Tabetha Sibley to sell their house, and had recommended her. The house had sold quickly, and for close to the asking price. We called her Realty company, and met with her very soon thereafter. She looked up comparable properties, and suggested our sale price. Within the first 24 hours of the house going on the market, we had 3 offers on my Mom's house - one for our full asking price. The sale was contingent, and unfortunately fell through. However, Tabetha had the house back on the market, and we received 3 bids within the first two or three days. We did not take any of them, as they were too low. After a period of inactivity, Tabetha suggested we lower the price slightly so she could bring it back to all the realtors' attention. Again within 24 hours we had 3 bids. We accepted one, and within one month we closed on the sale of the house.

As we had moved my mom out of state, it is always difficult to know what is going on when you are "absentee". However, I have to say that Tabetha went above and beyond my expectations. She got the house sold quickly, and kept in constant touch with us. I can honestly say that I cannot imagine another realtor who could have done a better, more professional job. I recommend her with no reservations.
