Cooper Family Medical

From the moment you walk in everybody is friendly, professional and really really good at what they do. Dr. Patel has been my primary physician for years and I trust her completely. She listens carefully and responds thoughtfully. She always offers options rather than going straight for medication. I also love the beautiful building and the giant aquarium in the waiting room. It's so much nicer than most doctors offices.

Our family transferred to Cooper several months ago after being long-time patients at another office. The care and compassion of the staff and doctors at Cooper Family Medical is top notch. The office is always spotless. They see you in a timely manner. We are so thankful we moved our medical care to them.

I have waited a long time to get an appointment with a Primary Dr. My experience at Cooper Family Medical was pretty flawless, the front desk was friendly, my wait time was short, the nurse who greeted me and took weight, height etc., was super nice and my appointment as a new patient with Dr. Ashley far exceeded any doctor appointment i have had in YEARS. She spent almost 45 mins with me go over my health history, concerns, and general info. I knew I would need and wanted blood work, and that is what I will do next before going back for a physcial. I am truly impressed and thankful for finding this doctor, even though it is a bit of a drive for me, well worth it. Finding doctors that do not rush and actually care, is rare.

Dr. Natalie Borg is an outstanding physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She does not hurry through appointments. She amazes me as she remembers the details of our past conversations without having to look at her notes. She takes time in assessing the needs of the patients and explains results of tests in detail. She also makes recommendations regarding diet and nutrition. I waited to be seen by Dr. Borg for several years as she was not taking new patients for awhile. I heard about Dr. Borg through my husband who has been receiving this outstanding care for years.
The office staff and her nurse, Ms. Lola, are friendly and scheduling goes smoothly.
