The 2-story clubhouse has a pool, fitness center and rec room, all new so everything looks great. You're buying a new unit, so it's probably going to be a bit more expensive than a resale, but you're getting a more energy efficient home the way you want it.

(November 11, 2014, 10:42 am)Having vacationed in the Bradenton area since I was a little child (35 years ago!), this area is a hidden gem. The Palma Sola Bay Club only added to the mystique of the gulf coast and is in a wonderful location. I would highly recommend the development!
