Solana Vista

I am so happy with how Maggie helped us get my mother in law set up in her new apartment. Since day 1 Maggie has went above and beyond on helping us get my mom in the apartment she wanted and loved! The apartment complex is super nice, and the offices were well maintained. Maggie was very consistent and communicated very well. She is also very sweet and we are all grateful to have worked with her!

Love this place. My neighbors are very nice, the complex is very nice! Love making dinner on the gas grills that are provided and we always enjoy the pool!

We have lived here just a year now and we have had nothing but a great experience. We just renewed our lease for a year again. I have to say that the office is extremely nice and professional. I particularly like Nicole the best as she goes above and beyond to make sure that things are tended to. Anytime we have had an issue with anything in our apartment they are quick to respond. We especially like Carlos who is beyond knowledgeable and professional in whatever needs to be done. They have also been very welcoming of our pets and respectful of when they need to enter that one of us are home due to our over protective guard cat 😂. That's a joke and only the ones who matter will know. There's a couple of things that have happened that I wasn't particularly fond of but the good out weight the bad. With good things always come bad anywhere you go.

“I came to Solana Vista 3 days ago to look for an apartment for my sister. I was greeted by Maggie who took the time to explain about Pet Fee, trash fee etc. Maggie had me excited about seeing the apartment after she explained everything about Solana Vista and its great amenities.
Maggie showed me the apartment and said I had to fill out a form for my sister. Thank God for Maggie as she helped me get through this very long form. It didn’t matter how long it took me, she stayed with me till I got it done.

Nicole help me with everything that I needed help with and then when she's more than willing to answer any questions that I have. She truly seems to care about anyone that she comes in contact regarding the property of Solana Vista. Not only is it a beautiful property but the staff will treat you very well. I highly recommend
