(January 29, 2019, 12:29 am)So we booked this as a timeshare for our trip to Disney World.
The room was awesome. I loved the tub, the bed was really comfortable. The room was huge! The pool was good and the bartenders were really awesome. They even waited three minutes before taking my money just so I made it happy hour and saved 4 bucks on my drink.
The downside? The 'cleaning service' that comes once a week only does towels. No bed making, no sweeping, no table wipe downs. Also, there is a $168 resort charge. That wasn't brought up until check-in. -

(January 17, 2019, 1:48 pm)This place is Great.... Friendly staff helpful... Great attitude. You do t have to leave the grounds this place has everything. Pool area is very well maintained and there is a awesome path around the property. Close to everything and anything you want parks, stores.

(January 6, 2019, 4:42 pm)A good place for a family vacation. We loved the pools and the activity center. My granddaughter made some crafts an enjoyed herself. The rec staff was nice and helpful. The computer games were fun as well. There is a nice store on property that has a good selections of snacks. The concierge staff were helpful in making our Sea world visit more fun. Free quick passes for the best rides, free bus transportation back and forth to Sea world. I believe there were other options for the other parks as well. Approximately one hour away is fabulous Cocoa Beach. Worth the drive. It's a lovely sandy Beach and the waves were fine for a child. She spent most of the time making friends and playing in the sand. The only problem was very minor. The bathtub cold water did not work. The tub was repaired that day and worked fine the rest of our stay.

(December 28, 2018, 8:19 pm)Beautiful grounds, great kids club and staff. Everyone we interacted with was awesome. They were very efficient during what may be the busiest week all year. Our new favorite place to stay in Orlando. Management has this place down right. Hotel room was clean, upscale, and spacious.
