(January 30, 2019, 11:41 am)I stayed 1/25/19-1/27/19 for a mini birthday weekend. My friends and I were very happy with our stay! Our suite was perfect! The decor is very nice and the layout of our room was spacious! We kept saying it felt cozy and almost like we were in our own apartment. No issues with loud noise or staff. Everyone had a pleasant attitude and desire to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We were surprised at how good breakfast was which was included with our stay! Plenty of breakfast items to choose from and the coffee (dark roast) was also very good. At night they had a fire going outside for the cooler weather. Plenty of parking that is well lit. Also, a 7 Eleven nextdoor to the hotel to pick up anything you might need. Room price was very fair and we will definitely be back! Jared checked us out and even made a follow up call for feedback on the visit. We loved our stay! -

(January 21, 2019, 11:57 am)Stayed here over the weekend and I had a very pleasant time. Carlos checked us in and was very professional and helpful. I forgot to pack something and I went to the pantry store they have in the lobby and I didn’t see what I needed. Carlos asked what it was I needed and went to the back and gave me exactly what I needed. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I don’t have one complaint. The breakfast was good and filling. I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending it to friends and family. Oh and the location was perfect!! Plenty stores, attractions, and restaurants.

(December 23, 2018, 2:44 pm)If you are going to any of the Seaworld owned parks this is the perfect hotel. You can walk to the parks in a few minutes or take a shuttle bus, which saves on paying for parking at the parks.. The hotel has free express passes to all the rides at Seaworld which is awesome. The breakfast is good as well. Your room has a kitchen with a full size fridge so you can save money on your trip. It gets no better than this hotel.

(October 24, 2018, 6:06 pm)The check in staff was very helpful and went beyond the normal. Room was comfortable. Pool well heated. Free laundry is huge bonus. Breakfast ample and dinner good. Look forward to our next stay.
