  I was a Hospitality employee for many years, and I have stayed in many different hotels group. I never had a so poor check in as my family and I experienced at this location. No greeting, or a welcome to the hotel. The agent (morning shift) asked for a c/c, I'm aware of the security deposit, never was explained to us, our request was no given or explain why we were not accommodate. The room we got in a GOOD condition, with the exception of the bathroom. The Bathtub need to be replace, my opinion, see pictures. Bed good, sofa good, A/C excellent, afternoon staff awesome, pool looks clean (was raining). If I will stay again, yes.

  Home away from home.. Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. Our family will definitely stay there again.

  Hotel rooms are excellent with full fridge, dishes, ice machine, and living room. Front desk staff has also been awesome for whole stay. Leonardo has been great at the front desk. Breakfast has also been great every day and is included for free. The staff in this area are all amazing as well and do anything they can to help even before you ask. Shuttle does not drop off at magic kingdom though, only epcot.

  I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. I was greeted with fresh baked cookies. Check in was fast and pleasant. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to refill my coffee. All staff was excellent. I will definitely stay here again as it is close to many local attractions.
