  Shout out every staff member at the front desk 01/06/2019-01/09/2019, great team, I've interacted with 3 or 4 employees at reception. They are all polite, informative and customer service orientated. Great group of gents, made my stay excellent. Highly recommend. Breakfast is good as well.

  A nice budget hotel that's walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with ample seating. The suites are generous in size but parts of the room can use more light. The gym is tiny and the pool is decent. The elevators seems to need maintenance as they are slow and the close door button didn't seem to work. The elevator almost got stuck at one point so hopefully they have fixed it. Just take the stairs if you're on a lower floor. Definitely a good place to stay for families. However, if you're not, the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors expect to hear the noise, including water running.

  Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Check in on 12/7/18 was great, my daughter had called and requested early check-in, staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was also good, waffles, eggs, Canadian bacon. Also healthy options, yogurt, oatmeal and fruits, also breads, cereals offered. Hostess Carmen came around prebusing tables, offering juice. Friendly-est hotel around!

  The hotel is in a great location, about 20 minutes from Disney and only a few minutes from Universal. The lobby is very nice and the staff is courteous. The room was a little dated and the carpet had stains. Breakfast was good but the best part was the attention by the breakfast staff, especially Carmen. I have never gone to a hotel were you feel so welcomed. They were always going around the tables asking if you needed anything else and making small talk, the breakfast area was nice and clean.
