My engine light in my Audi popped up this morning, I stopped by after work and was immediately helped, I believe his name was Scott - he put the machine on my car and found my dip stick was not pushed in completely, he didn’t charge me, awesome customer service
Got my car up and running again, can't complain . Fast engine replacement, great service.
I love taking my Volvo to Cech Brothers because they have great mechanics, extremely fair on their prices and Scott and Ben who run it are great people.
Came in here with quite a bit of work to be done on my Volvo s40 T5 AWD. Spoke with Scott over the phone to schedule an appointment, he was very friendly and informative. Originally asked for a full synthetic oil change, all four brake pads to be replaced, a "suspension" issue to be diagnosed, and a full VIDA diagnostic. The entire car was inspected and it turns out my front side brake pads were alright and Scott insisted that they did not need replacing even though I wanted them replaced and I took his word for it. I had some oil leaking out of the vent box, a front axle that needed replacement, as well as a bad pair of engine mounts. I wanted all of this fixed and the job was done with extream quality and care. Because they were replacing my front axle, the car was not drivable. They did not hesitate to give me a ride to work and even back to the shop the next day. I would have taken Uber/Lyft but the apps were not taking my card for some reason and I needed to get to work. Their shop is clean and well-maintained, very nice waiting area and very friendly staff. All my issues were fixed within a 48-hour period and it felt as though I was behind the wheel of a new car. The pricing is exceptional and they do not charge you any extra or unecessary fees. I tried hard to find any other problems or issues that may have been overlooked but here I am writing this review two weeks later and the car is running flawless. Keep in mind that they service other vehicles too, not just Volvo.
Had a Volvo with a sunroof issue while traveling. These guys took care of it quick and at an extremely reasonable price! Very knowledgeable pro's. Highly recommend!
