  Daisy was recommended to me through a friend who had been thrilled with her help. I was under a very close deadline and didn't have much to work with. Daisy spent a lot of time and effort to find me the right home, lender and insurance guy. She was just simply amazing!! She went so far above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough for that! She treated me like a close friend and made a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with! And I LOVE my new home! You will not be sorry if you team up with her! Thank you Daisy!

  ITS BEEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS SINCE I CLOSE ON MY HOME ON GRANADA STREET.
  THOUGH I LOVED MY HOME IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO DOWNSIZE TO A SMALLER PLACE.
  I COULDNT HAVE FOUND A BETTER REAL ESTATE AGENT THEN DAISY NELSON, DAISY
  IS WHAT THIS OLD TIMER CALLS A PROFESSIONAL PERSON.
  DAISY LOVES WHAT SHE DOES, SHE KNOWS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR, AND TAKES
  TIME TO TAKE YOU AROUND. SHE HANDLE EVERYTHING SO SMOOTHLY AND HAS A LOT
  OF PATIENCE DEALING WITH THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
  EVEN WHEN WE RAN INTO A LITTLE PROBLEM AND ALMOST LOST THE SALE OF THE
  HOUSE, WE FOUND THE INSPECTOR MADE A ERROR AND SAID MY PIPES WERE
  POLY PIPES INSTEAD OF COPPER. DAISY FOUND THAT A PERMIT WAS PULLED AND
  PIPES WERE CHANGED TO COPPER IN 1987, BUT THEY LEFT THE OLD ONES IN THE
  ATTIC AND THIS IS WHAT THE INSPECTOR WENT BY.
  ONCE DAISY CONTACTED THE BUYER, HE BOUGHT MY HOME. DAISY REALLY AMAZES
  ME, HOW MUCH SHE KNOWS NOT ONLY ABOUT SELLING HOMES, BUT ALSO HELPING
  US GET A GREAT MOVING COMPANY. TIMES GO BY SO FAST, THAT I DID NOT WANT TO
  WAIT AND LET YOU KNOW HOW PLEASE I AM WITH THE SERVICE DAISY NELSON GAVE
  ME. I WENT AWAY FEELING I FOUND ANOTHER FRIEND IN HER.
  SHE DESERVES A BIG 5 STAR!

  Daisy knows this industry. The service and expertise she brings to the table are beyond compare! If you listen to her advice, she will have your house sold at the right price in days! She was there every step of the way to guide us through the process. She was even there for us post sale when our mail wasn’t being properly forwarded, she picked it up and and mailed it to us. Thank you Daisy for all that you do!

  I have bought and sold many properties over many years throughout the country. Daisy Nelson has, by far, surpassed all of my expectations. Daisy sold my recent home...meeting with her to list my property, Daisy had all of the recently sold homes that were my competition. The photo shots were scheduled for the next day, everything posted within two days and two full price offers made within five days of the listing!!! Daisy is so thorough, on top of everything, at any hour of the day. Texts are answered immediately, questions researched if Daisy isn't aware of the answer at the time...Daisy is so astute as to what's going on...if you don't list with Daisy to buy or sell, you're missing your opportunity for immediate success! While I've known Daisy for several years, it's been my first experience to work with Daisy on a real estate transaction but I can't say enough about that experience. I've known of her integrity over the years; I'm happy to have experienced first hand, and not just go by others recommendation or experiences with real estate transactions!
