  The people working here certainty honor Hilton's "Make it right" pledge. The breakfast for Gold HHonors is wonderful, as is the staff. Nice pool and bar areas. Would stay here again.

  Let me Start off with Saying How Wonderful the All Staff is at this Hilton. Everyone was very Helpful and Accommodating. The Staff is the Real Reason I gave 4 Star Rating, Unfortunately Not Because the Hotel Rooms.
  The Breakfast buffet was Great and Fresh, the Tiki Bar was Open Late and Poured a Fantastic Drink.The Pool was Nice and the Gym looked Large with lots of Equipment.
  The Rooms Were Very Dated and Worn out, Carpets are dingy, I was Very Disappointed with the Full Size Beds and lack of Comfort. The Power outlets on the Dresser were Broken.
  The Bathroom is by Far the Worst I have Ever Experienced at a Hilton Property. I Don't Totally Fault the Housekeepers, Everything is Old and worn and Needs Replacing. I Would hope that the Hotel will be Remodeling the Rooms soon as its Not Appropriate for the Hilton Customer Base.
  Even with my Complaints I Would Stay at this Property Again if I Needed to be in the Area.

  One word: AWESOME. From the front desk at 430am check-in to the PERFECT ROOM. Thank you and I highly recommend this Hilton! A+

  I was here only for a conference. The staff was very helpful. The lobby, conference rooms, and restrooms were clean and well lit.
  I would recommend this location for any type of conference.

  I Absolutely LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this Hotel! The staff were so Hospitable,Friendly, And Knowledgeable, they make staying there feel like A Home Away From Home????. The room was CLEAN And everything was upstanding! If you're looking for A place to stay while in West Palm Beach FL, I highly recommend this Hotel, you're Absolutely Love your stay And you're Definitely Enjoy The Staff????????.
