As a 20 year Army veteran I have recently decided that my mental health needed to become a priority. The POM is literally the most relaxing atmosphere and Samantha is the sweetest! My brain training sessions have really helped my social anxiety, helped me think more clearly and overall, calmed me down. I would recommend this service to ANYONE. I really think everyone could benefit from this.

Peace of Mind is a great escape to regain your mental clarity! I've had a handful of sessions and it's already made such a difference in my overall daily life. I feel more confident, rested, and overall less anxious when I get overwhelmed. While doing the NeurOptimal training at the POM, you get quite the experience! A dark room with candles, weighted blanket, eye mask and hot tea to sip on. Samantha is so wonderful with explaining everything and she instantly feels like a friend when you walk through her door. I can't recommend it enough!

Samantha is so kind and sweet. The appointment is very relaxing and calming. Already noticing a difference in my child after one visit. I highly would recommend her business to anyone.

I have already felt the benefit from only 4 sessions. My driving anxiety has dramatically decreased from those 4 sessions. Sam is also very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to the sessions and how you may/may not feel during them!

After 8 sessions, my social anxiety was non-existent. I had NO social anxiety this weekend with 2 social gatherings. Never even felt like I needed to cancel or hide! It was amazing! 😘🥰 Thank you!! I'll continue to come back for maintenance sessions for sure!!
