I had the opportunity to use the services of Renee Parks for selling a condominium I inherited. In the current market in my area, real estate practically sells itself HOWEVER what It does not do is provide the knowledge, trust, and effort that Renee brought to the table. I am disabled and the condo was not cleared out yet or ready for sale, and I had a lot of moving parts at that time in my life. Renee stepped up big time. She came and organized it to the point that when I saw the pictures she had taken, I didn't think it was the same place.
