The Columns at Bear Creek

I spent about one year searching for a new home when moving from New York, I fell in love with this community immediately but it was a bit pricey compared to other communities in the area but decided to move here after doing much research and reading many reviews from different websites. I contacted Lisa about the unit that I was interested in and before I knew it I found a new home in a beautiful community with great staff and mostly friendly neighbors,Thanks again to Lisa for her help and patience ?? - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Would be a great place to stay, very accommodating and affordable. Great for families with school to age children. The units are the best I've seen in our search. Plus, nice looking excercise area and pool. The pictures on the website are actually a great portrayal of how everything actually looks. Just wish it was closer to where I work. The super was very nice.

Took a tour with Steve and his personality sold me, then I seen the space in the apartment and signed a lease! They are big beautiful, private, peaceful, safe everything I was looking for including in management Steve and Lisa are great. I moved in 4 days ago and I couldn't be happier the pool, playground, nature walk trash service allamazing no complaints love being able to call this place home!.... Only thing I would like to note to higher aboves , is we really could use updated appliances my stove is driving me nuts...

Lisa (property manager) has created a culture here, that makes me as a resident to feel valued and respected. In fact, even before she took over her new position she always made us feel welcome and listened to.

Steve, also has been a refreshing addition to the office staff. Steve is always so friendly, engaging, polite, and ready to help. Since he came to the property it seems like the whole staff is in a better mood.

The maintenance team has been extraordinarily helpful as well. They really go out of their way to resolve any issues we have and they respond very quickly. They also work diligently to keep the property clean and tidy. I appreciate living in such a beautiful place, very much 🌞

The property is safe, serene, and the neighbors are friendly. 🌸The pool is clean and well maintained. 🌞
There are also several police officers who live on site which appears to be a major deterrent for crime.

The only thing that I would change about this place is that it would be way better if the apartment had ceiling fans.

In closing, I want to convey how happy we have been since this new team has been in place. If Lisa had not taken over, it is very likely that we would not have stayed as long as we have.
