Our first time at Eyeglass World today. Very nice experience from the moment we stepped in. We were quickly greeted and offered assistance. Eye exams for my hubby and I were scheduled right away, even though we didn't have an appointment prior to going in. Everyone was friendly and experienced. I also observed them working well as a team. The optometrist was thorough and took time to explain the exam images. The person assisting us with our order was very helpful as well. Wide selection of frames! It's hard to choose the right glasses for my full figured face, but she was patient and helped me find a pair of really cool frames that look great on me! She also helped my hubby find a pair for him. All this and we get to pick-up our glasses today! Awesome! Picked them up! They were PERFECT!

I came in to get new glasses, and I was instantly greeted with the lovely employees. Abby was helping me out for my visit, and I couldn’t help but be thankful that she answered my questions. She answered some of my questions and made sure that my glasses would be finished on time. Not only was she helpful and welcoming, but the other employees were able to help me out too. I usually get my glasses at Costco, so coming here for the first time really made me consider getting my glasses here from now on!

The people here are really nice. I needed
my lenses transferred from a bent pair of glasses to a spare frame and they were able to do it for me with no charge and in less than an hour with only 2 staff members on a Saturday. I was not a customer here before today and they still took care of me. If I ever am in need of an eye exam or anything else I will definitely be coming here for them to take care of my optical needs. Really great customer service here!
