I gave David 5 stars for many reasons but the reason I'm most grateful for is that he knew what we wanted better than we did! Buying a home is stressful and overwhelming at times but he would carry us through that. David would talk us out of buying something he knew we didn't really want just because we were feeling desperate to buy. He made sure we were getting exactly what we said from the beginning we wanted plus more! Hes patient, listens, and is very efficient at what he does. The whole process after we made our offer was so easy and fast. I will always recommend him whenever someone wants a realtor.
