Pyramid installed our original sound and light system in 2009. We upgraded a couple years ago. I just want to say that we are very happy with our system. More importantly, their customer service is outstanding- one of the best I’ve ever experienced! A few weeks ago, the Internet went out. I texted at 8:30 PM and got help. Today, shortly after noon, the entire system went out. After walking me through what might help over the phone (which didn’t work) a technician was out this afternoon and fixed the problem. They are fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Pyramid without reservation!!
