  We walked in just to get some information about a car we were interested in. We spoke to Joe Grubb. He was amazing from start to finish! We meet with Darrel who helped us from the Finance department. We had no plans that we would be leaving there with two cars! Nevertheless one?! The team at Jarrett- Gordon Ford were amazing! I would totally recommend! They made the process very easy. And they kept in touch with us days after to make sure we were enjoying the cars and to see if we had any questions. I am very grateful we found them and that they helped us with our new cars!

  Nothing but great experiences here! I had a fusion and got maintenance done consistently here and everyone has always been extremely professional and very kind. They truly care which was confirmed when I got my new vehicle. I’m relocating and Joe made it the most quick, painless, and easy car buying experience. He was professional, extremely efficient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  I purchased a nice vehicle at a good price. The purchase was carried out in a timely manner. All of the staff involved were very nice and respectful, from the first phone call that I received from the online inquiry until the deal was finalized. Mr. Robert Taylor was knowledgeable concerning questions that I asked. He also assisted me in getting the vehicle home.

  Went again with another vehicle for just an oil change. As last time went well but I lost my bill holder. It was my dads and was also 40 yrs old with my cash in it as well. When I got home we were frantically looking for it when my phone rang and it was the dealership calling me to tell me a tech “Johnathan” who was new to the dealership quick lube found it on the shop floor and gave it to his supervisor. He never took a thing from it. I immediately drove back to get it back and offered a reward to him. He flat out refused! It is refreshing to see there are still people like that left in the world. I am very pleased with the service work they have done on my vehicles and this experience is just icing on the cake if you will. They have a very satisfied customer for a long time.

  I brought my car to Quick Lane because I had won free Oil Change and Detail at a Golf Tournament. The service and staff was so great I brought my husband car in a few days later and paid for service which was also great. Their shuttle guy was also super sweet and friendly. We definitely recommend just make an appointment because they are so popular they are really busy.
