We just purchased our 2023 Ford Escape from Jarrett-Gordon Ford, with Will Velazquez (Sales Acquisition Agent). To start, I cannot fully express how happy we are with our experience! For a little more detail on our story, due to COVID-19 and supply issues, the Ford Escape is a little on back order—3 to 6 months! Will spoke with us, we outlined everything that we wanted in our vehicle, and he tracked down the exact car we wanted, as it was being finalized at the factory… It was not slated for delivery to this local dealership, so he arranged to have it dedicated to us for purchase, tracked its travels via “Rail Shipping,” to the dealership two hours away (checking every day during its journey for two and a half weeks), kept us informed on a regular basis, and made plans to drive us to the other dealership to pick up our new car. Here is where you can see how Will and the sales staff go the extra mile(s) for you. My wife had to go through an unplanned emergency surgery three days before the planned trip to go get our car…. Upon hearing this, Will surprised us and picked up the car and drove it back to our local dealership, so that my wife would not have to go through the aggravated physical stress of a long drive, and I would not have to make the trip alone or need to reschedule getting our new car!!! From a projected 3 to 6 month wait for a new Ford Escape, Will not only made it happen in under a month (and everything from trim line, color, and options, but also without an inflated price tag), but when our personal emergency popped up, he took steps to make it easier on us! We have a 2008 Class C Ford motorhome and had been having difficulty with finding a place that could check out our vehicle. The Quick Lane team at Jarrett Gordon Ford was able to accommodate us for an oil change and fluid check the next day!

The lobby includes three waiting rooms, free bottles of water, clean restrooms, vending machines, and even a viewing window for any little car enthusiasts. All with excellent AC!
